Trek Classic Medical Scanner Mark I

The three scanner photo in Post #115 comes from the Roddenberry Archive. I have not found any evidence it was ever offered as a product or kit. I found another image with a possible fourth style along side a science and medical scanner. I assume this was probably fan built. It seems to have a threaded "cap" and may have come from a screw-in photographic lens. If someone can point me to the source of this image I would be grateful as I have lost my reference.

Found this sometime back……don’t know from where the middle scanner was used on screen.

Notice the science scanner has only one slide switch not two. Perhaps these are all inspired builds.

Not sure ….. it is as you see it.

I know for sure that the science scanner and medical was produced by Roddenberry and sold on Entertainment Earth….

Sometimes Vendors order Exclusive’s…..made just for them to sell…perhaps that’s the case with the Roddenberry
scanners…

Yes it's a render. I pretty decent one, but a render, most likely based on the above photo from the archive.

I received my scanner last monday and I had to charge it up because the battery was dead. I have not used it since then and just now tried it and the battery is again dead. For those of you that have received one recently does it go dead that quickly without use?

Probably a bad Battery, did you contact them? They are nice guys, I am sure they will replace the battery for you.
