I know these books by Michael Moore (HMS), have been mentioned in a thread, elsewhere on this Board, but I highly recommend them and felt that they deserve their own thread to help promote them.

They are simply awesome reference and a must have for anyone on this Board.

I just added all of these to my amazon wish list! That tricorder book would have come in handy when I built mine. Maybe it will inspire me to build a more accurate one!

It's not really clear what's in these books. Is it just photos and close-ups or is there any text about development, materials or licensed replicas? Or is it just photo reference for building your own prop?

It an unprecedented amount of photos of each prop from the Greg Jein Collection…measurements down to the millimeter, etc.

Great stuff!
