No detour its true. I was hoping to win but as of now its going to the money people. It would not be lost to all if I had one. At least I do have some real Underworld stuff to offer at a latter time.
Gee you can see the '77 Bumblebee is less then half . That would be a fun one to own. Am just thinking that they will be posting the other Allspark props after this one finishes. They seem to do that to max out the bids.

A bunch of people retracted their bids on the Allspark with like 10 minutes left. Still a bit pricey at 20k thou. The 77 camero went for 40k, which I can see that being worth that kind of price, especially to a car museum as an attraction.
I just wish some place would offer replacement steering wheel badges for dodges in the autobot or decepticon logo's.
A few, but most of the bids got the boot because there could not confirm them as bidders, a few did retract but most just bump as "not approved".
also did any one see what ebay has done for big ticket items?

I've found a few makers for replacing exterior badges for dodge, chevy, and imports like Honda and a few offering honda steering wheel badges... but nothing for dodge yet.
The change on bidder history has been in place for awhile. I noticed it during Legend's last auction of SG-1 stuff this spring.
I'm hoping someone has a way to do the allspark replica. I'm curious if we have enough quality images to use something like the Carveright (or sears version) to relief carve all the details in some 3/4" MDF, then just 45 all the corners and glue it up.

I've come across Ben Procter's site, who was one of the artists, working on Transformers and he posted some interesting concept sketches and photos from the AllSpark.

Finally had the chance to catch the movie today and first thing I did was rush home and see if anyone here was working on an Allspark replica.:lol
