Oh, I SO did. I'm actually terribly happy with this one.Pretty sneaky there!I do believe you exceeded your expectations on every mark with this work. I’m sure you had your doubts when your first started the early sanding!
That is my evil plan.Sweet! Now slap on a bad weathering job, drop it a few times, rinse and repeat. You’ll be ready for auction in no time![]()
In terms of phasers, that should be my next project, yeah. Now you’re going to need to take on building the Phaser Locker! Has anyone attempted that yet? I’ve seen the drawings floating around, and talk of building one in threads past, but never the finished builds. That would certainly be a cool project! Of course one would also need 6 phasers…Just sayin’
Looks great! I'm still working on mine as well.
I have to still do some work on seams for the fiberglass one and sanding on the plastic one.View attachment 1754982View attachment 1754981
Shanko for the fiberglass shells and the plastic shells from the same source as Chrisisall's. All the metal is from JPL or scratch built as needed. What's the source for those shells/parts?

Will you be making it light up too?Not much of an update but I soldered the axle for the p1 wheel and started to work on some of the seam gaps. I also built up a base for the p1 to fit.View attachment 1755888View attachment 1755889View attachment 1755887
The p1 will light but not the p2 because I didn't do the trigger right and didn't want to redo it. This is kind of a trial run for my next set of shells, which are a tad better. Will you be making it light up too?

My arm is actually sore from filing the metal fins yesterday. That's so funny because I really liked your plastic ones and have been working on them today for my build!
