TOS Type II Phaser Replica (my final attempt (no, really))

Pretty sneaky there! (y) I do believe you exceeded your expectations on every mark with this work. I’m sure you had your doubts when your first started the early sanding!

My two favourite builds from this year!

Just when I thought I was done.
I took a picture comparing my Wand to my new one, and I nearly fainted. In my rush to complete it I attached the handle a full 2mm too far back!!!
Not impossible to fix, though. Minor paint touches after re-attachment, and now I am perfectly happy again!
Do. Not. Rush.

Now you’re going to need to take on building the Phaser Locker! Has anyone attempted that yet? I’ve seen the drawings floating around, and talk of building one in threads past, but never the finished builds. That would certainly be a cool project! Of course one would also need 6 phasers… Just sayin’

In terms of phasers, that should be my next project, yeah.

The p1 will light but not the p2 because I didn't do the trigger right and didn't want to redo it. This is kind of a trial run for my next set of shells, which are a tad better.
Thinking ahead!
On my bench, I really want metal fins on my recent hero, but the JPL fins are not made to fit this printed body. So I filed them down to fit, and I never glued the styrene ones in since friction fit held them in place.... constant upgrading is an addiction....
