There are some details that would make me agree it’s a MR P2 with a Wand P1, as others have mentioned.
The 3 side lines on the HMS auction phaser has two lines that are even with each other and don’t match the FE prototype but the FE three lines do match up with a MR.
You can just make out a C being reflected in the top of the acrylic power meter of the P1 which the Wand had labeled for the control function and looking thru the front window of the P2, the P1 emitter has a rounded look to it which the Wand IR remote blaster also has.
