Count me in for one table at least. I will have no problem over filling that. My worry now is if I can put it all in my car.

Anyone who is interested in bringing props to sell or trade, go right ahead.
You may have assumed that already, but I'd like to encourage it if you want to.

Location
So just to confirm, the location is set and I am quite happy with the room size.
There is a smaller room available but it might not be enough space.
For anyone who is interested in seeing photographs of the rooms, PM me and will send some.

I want to have an area set up with a couple of TVs, game systems, boardgames, etc.


* I may start asking you guys to bring any spare extension cords you may have.

Darn... I used to live in bloody North York.... now I'm in Burlington (near Hamilton) with no car and too much stuff to haul on the GO. Anybody coming from out this way who wants to car & trunk pool it with shared petrol??

I think a car pool idea would be good. Perhaps we can add something to the first post listing anyone that's willing to give a ride and where they are located as well as anyone that wants to come but doesn't have a ride.

I know you mentioned costuming is permitted, but I was wondering... How many people intend to wear a costume?

I honestly don't know.
As many who want to I guess.
I still don't know how many people are coming.
I've got a minimum of 25 people attending, hopefully much more than that.

Hopefully we'll have few Star Wars fans who might be costuming.

I don't think we'll really know until the day of.
