Ha ha you have no idea how much detail i can find on dragons, goody goody thats my weekends booked up for the next year or so.

I have several more entries I am working on because of the disambiguation and cross-referencing necessary.

Elder Things, Yog-Sothoth, Shoggoth (I only realized the Shuggoth was the RGB version after I had the info), Star-Spawn of Cthulhu, Azathoth, The Nameless Mist, Shub-Niggurath, Nug, Yeb, Nyarlathotep, The Thing (RGB) is included with Old Ones/Dunwich Horror, and there are several more I need to work on.

You know, you might want an editor to look at it to add footnotes to other sections of relevence (example: See: Dragons) at one point, etc. Also, have you figured out how long desired sections are? Because overall length of the text is a concern if you want the binding to hold.

There will be a few other sets of eyes on it for sure.

Not a worry. However long the book ends up being it will be professionally bound by a publishing house. They can worry about fitting it. That's what I pay them for. ;)

So this book was published in the 1920s. How do we right about robobuster

Metropolis came out in 1927 and it has a robot as it's central character. It's not out of place to see people of that era talking about robots. ;)

They would DEFINITELY see them as something strange and surreal though.

Off to bed now but I'll update the list tomorrow! :lol

Also, I have yet to send that PM to folks interested in writing full entries. That'll happen tomorrow as well.

Can't wait to start working on this! I've been interested in writing lately and this will be a good project for me to sink my teeth in. Plus, the more help you get, the sooner it gets finished!

I can't wait to own a first edition copy of this. It really WILL be a legitimate reference book on the supernatural.

Also, can I help make the index? I really like alphabetizing and organization.

I guess that means that I'll need a copy of everything laid out at the end so I can document every spirit-related word used and on what pages one can find them. So, that will be further down the road.

Definitely! That's a "we're just about finished here, send the PDF to benhs1898" situation...

That would be very cool but for my "in universe" mind it would take me out of it.

Maybe in the second edition he can write one as Ray Stantz. ;)

I think I have an idea of something to add. It's based on the fan film Freddy Vs Ghostbusters. Now I know you think I mean to add Freddy and that would just be silly but...what about Dream Demons in general? I mean, if you go by Part 6 three demons gave Freddy his power and they had some basic info on them in the film. Now I know a Ghostbusters fan film isn't cannonical buuuut, technically the character of Ed Spengler was given a nod in the video game a few years ago. Might be kinda fun to add Dream Demons to it. I might be able to find something to type up on the subject as well if you're interested.
