John this is really groundbreaking stuff..I really love it. In the costuming world there are certain characters and subsequent 'costumers' associated to those costumes on a 'pop culture' level. I feel that the words Iron Man+Costume will remain for years to come being associated to TMP.

Alumineum (Metal) helmet painted and paint rubbed off to get a weathered and damaged helmet...

I will try to get some shots of my bodysuit in a week or so. I found some wonderful vinly, nice red, just a litle lighter than the paint color I am using. My seamstress is doing it up in such a way to reinforce it and is stiff enough yet still functional. So far so good. looks like segmented armor. I have her doing up sections for under the arms where that larger open area is gos over the shoulders and down to the mid forearm.
Also have a section at the groin wearable like shorts, and 2 sleve sections for over the knees. This part for the legs will be attached onto the red body suit directly.
I am sure yours will be 1 million times better:thumbsup But if I can contribute some info at all let me know ( like you need any advice from me lol )
By the way, your going to beat me ! I am not going to finish in time to make the premier :redface :cry. I made a hard call on redoing my hand sections ! Going all in glasfibre now as I am just not happy with the silicone. Dont have your skill on that. So my friend once again you are way far out in the lead !

This is the coolest thing ever!
Most people making costumes are striving to get it almost as good as in the movies, but you made yours even way better than the one from this movie Go to the studios and say HA while pointing at their rubber armor:lol
