We been looking close at the design and we discoverd that we can in fact extend and decrease the legs. This mean the size range of people can go from 5.10 to maybe 6.5 tall people.
How can we do this?
Well the design it self is pretty much streamlined. But to shorten it , its cut and some pieces are removed, But the area removed will be cleaned up and design so it will not show. For longer people we extend the knee detail.
I also solved the shoulder problem. The shoulder needed to be raised over the armor but also needed to be very flexible wihout to much restriction. This was not easy to solve. But looked at several different solutions and i think its now found.
The hand plate is now vac formed.
This is the part that goes on top of the gauntlet and hand.
The gloves look good
We cast up several different types of pants. In rubber, latex, .... You mention it. The main problem is the coloration and the sharpness of the details. I decided to stick with glassfiber because it looks so good.
Regarding the 4th helmet... Well. Saw some flaws....:confused I know.. :confused... But took it asside, remade some details and added some more and cleaned and aligned some other stuff. Its now beeing sanded, cleaned .... Well again.
This is going to ROCK!

Hey I am older, and taller does that count to get inline 1st and try it out....LoL......6'4, and 45 years of playing in my back pocket so far. :lolI'm 6'3" and would HAPPILY try on a suit!

Test Fitting 1.
The person who is in the suit is 6 feet tall with a pretty slim bodyshape.
The midsection is partially modified to his size. The armor got room for a much bigger person.
Let me know your thought.
As you se on the arm you will notice how slim the person is and how much more bigger a person can be.
What i noticed in this photo is that due to the slim size of the person the armor had to much room in the chest area and therfore the upper armor have slided to much backwards. I belive if i add some foam on the back of the shoulder and front of the chest the armor will align better and the chest's top will be pressed forward instead and backwards.

The midsection armor will be in ABS plastic. It will be like wearing a Stromtrooper armor midsection plate. Also its allot of room inside this armor. The midsection also goes outwars so it leaved the wearer some room to move inside the shell. You will still have enought movent to bend a bit. Rubber or other flex materials will not look good enought. Its ok they can do it for the movies and render it with CGI and constantly paint and clean it up for each scene.
The coloration will be so different with having the midsection in rubber or flex material as well. Also it loses it sharp details.
