I dont think we will attend any more of the Cosplay expo. Was a great experience. I think the SFX, or similar to Comic Con is the right way to go for future events.

TMP, I have to say, you are the reason I an building my Ironman suit. I'm even more inspired by your latest work on the Mark II, I'm working on a Mark III, by means of Pepakura, and when I look at your armor, I can only hope mine will look half as good as that. Sorry if I sound like a brown noser, but you sir, win.

I thought you folks would enjoy this. I recently did a "Learn CPR" day at the local Minor League baseball team's stadium (The Sky Sox). We were so busy teaching and interacting with the crowd that believe it or not we didn't take too many pictures on OUR cameras, but tons of people took pictures with us and I wish I could get some of those because some were absolutely fabulous. Tons of kids and entire families came up. We taught over 4,500 people CPR in 30 minutes.

As we went into the mascot's dressing room to change (the mascot's name is Sox the Fox...imagine that!) I had a great idea. Lets set up the tripod on the HD camera and do some studies of me walking, etc. Then I thought it would be fun to record the costume coming off and run the film backward so it looked like it was being put on. And the video love the dressup. I se you chosen a different method of dressing than i do. Intresting aproach. :D

Greetings,

I've been trying to get pictures from anybody that attended but so far I have been unsuccessful. The media down here in Colorado Springs for whatever reason doesn't have much interest in the fire department. There will be a huge house fire and they will interview a police officer about it. (True story). The newspaper will print one small sentence about it and no picture. Weird. There was NO TV coverage of the event.

There is another event coming soon. I think in July. It's a bicycle helmet and safety event. I will make sure there are tons of photos then for sure.

Hopefully it wont be this month. I fly to Peru this Friday for a "Doctors without borders" mission on the Amazon. I'm a firefighter/paramedic that also happens to be a clown. =) I educate kids so me and my other fire-clown will be there for 10 days teaching thousands of kids to boil water before drinking it, brushing their teeth, what to do with a burn, etc. We ran in to Patch Adams and his group last year.

There is a weight restriction on the flight so no Iron Man (Iron is pretty heavy... :lol) Just the clowns (me on the right):

Here are some added photos of the New Generation 3. Version 2 that we build the Mark II armor from.
I also updated the entire building history in the Ironman Buildersboard SIWDAT with photo captions.

Funny thing, all the same parts, procedures and vrbot module as I used in my control, you must did a great search to find it and make it work properly ;)

Intresting. I was not aware you did a project like this your self. This is a joint project and we plan to look into 3 different type of setup with different systems posibilites. So parts will be tested and some replaced and others added.

Very interesting.Yes, I done mine about one month and half ago and show somve vids showing basic control of faceplate and eye-leds.
If you want/need to discuss some helpfull tips about how to improve bandwith or delay responses PM me, and I will be glad to be part of this if you want advises or help.

I was wondering too if are you planning to release something to the community involved in IronMan suit building or only sell the module?

I mean, about animatronics or control, it would be good for people ;)
