I'm pretty new to this board, but I gotta say, this sculpt is AMAZING!
Plus, this got me pretty excited since I'm 6'3", 190lbs myself. I've built a Stormtrooper armor and even though it fits me pretty good considering my height, it's clearly showing that I'm almost 6 inches over the "normal" TK frame.
So this armor is like a dream come true, and I'll watch this thread with great interest.

Update:
The neckseal is done. and the helmet is final designed.
The gauntles need to be pulled one time then sanded and made a final mould of. Orderd some more materials to do the moulding.
Gloves are done as well. I made these slightly different than the movie.
I dont like the rounded fingers. I wanted them a bit more sqauare.
Photos will come next week.

Well i will be making V1. and V2.
Stark Industries helmet V1.
Painted in gold and red. The helmet is one piece with no removable face mask. This has a special feature i will tell about later.
Stark Industries helmet V2.
Painted in gold and red. The helmet consist of 2 pieces.
Helmet and removable facial mask that is held on by magnets.
The helmet goes over a neckseal. that also hides the back of the head.
The helmets rest aprox 1-2 inch above the back of the armor and it dont touch. The proportions to the helmet looks fantastic.
