Re: TJack's Amazing Spiderman 2 Faceshell and Lenses Combo *Kits available* see post

Hey guys, anyone got any tips for getting the excess white bits out of the mesh? Having a lot of trouble

Re: TJack's Amazing Spiderman 2 Faceshell and Lenses Combo *Kits available* see post

Hey TJack! I plan on ordering my kit tomorrow and I'm very excited!

Quick question I've seen a few people say that they have to pop holes in the white mesh? If that's true would you be so kind as to post a picture?

Thanks it will be a pleasure doing business again with you!

It's all explained in the instructions. There is a pic on page 25 of all the pieces including the white mesh.

Anybody know how to make the visibility clearer? I can see shapes but some of the time I can't even see my self infront of the mirror.

It all comes down to how well you clean up the white mesh. You can gain more visibility by not using the aluminum mesh behind the white, but then your eyes are more visible to others. It's the trade off - the less you want your eyes to be seen, the more restricted your vision is going to be. Have you seen pics of the stunt suits? You can see the actor's eyes clear as day.

Yes I have seen the stunt suits, I have also seen the movie faceshell and there are alot more holes for breathing on it too. Should I drill more holes in it so it will fog up less too? Thanks.

I don't drill any holes in the shells prior to shipping them so it's totally up to you as to how many you want to make.

Would it help not fog up a lot/improve visibility?

Re: TJack's Amazing Spiderman 2 Faceshell and Lenses Combo *Kits available* see post

the more holes you drill in the shell the more airflow you will have. It may or may not help with keeping the lenses from fogging - all depends on how much you sweat

I have the liquid you can wipe on the inside and I have wipes with the anti fog on it too and my lenses still fog up sometimes.

Ok, I know that once I sell a kit the owner can basically do with them whatever they choose, but can I please ask that you don't go sell them on ebay? I purposely keep them off ebay because there are a few banned members who have been trying to get their hands on a set.

If you decide you no longer want them I'd rather buy them back from you than see them end up there.

I have a question about gluing the magnets. I've been using hot glue and everytime i stick the the frames+lenses with the magnets glued on onto the facehslle, it is removed by the magnets from inside the faceshell and the lenses sort of just flop off when i wear them. Is there another type of glue I should use? I tried E6000 too and it had the same results.
