I just used a normal glue that is made for glueing many material. Especially metal and plastics.
Takes 1 minute to dry and just needed a drop of it for each magnet.

thanks for the reply. any specific brand i should watch out for? I thought E6000 would do the trick

I dont think so. I would just look what plastics the glue can be used for. I guess the lenses are PET.
But in general every plastic/metal glue should work.

I've heard from a few people that they have had issues with the glue not holding the magnets. I've just been using regular hot glue but like you said, any plastic glue should work fine. Make sure the glue has fully set before sticking the lenses to the shell, otherwise the magets will stick together and pull of the lenses.

Hey guys! I'm a newbie! I've been searching around the web for some Spider-Man lenses and a nice face-shell! After a few Youtube videos and Google searching I've been directed to you TJack! Haha. I guess that's a good thing!

Hi TJack, I really enjoy your work. My cousin (pinoykcin) and I ordered two lens sets from you this and universal shells from you this summer and the quality is unmatched! However, I'm looking to also get the curved asm2 set before Halloween, would this be possible?

prob not since my supplier has been back ordered and I have others ahead of you who are waiting for kits. I'm also out for town for work off and on from now until Halloween so it really limits my available time.

I have been wanting a spidey mask since I was a kid and even more a screen accurate one and seeing this is a dream come true lol.
But just to clarify you include the magnets with the order? would drilling holes effect the durability or cause any cracking?

Also can anyone make a suggestion on where I could get the best spiderman mask to go with this? I am only interested in a mask not a full suit...atleast enough for it to cover the neck when wearing a shirt. I would prefer one that is already stitched and ready to wear or is it best to get a print made?

yes magnets are part of the kit. As long as you are careful you shouldn't damage the shell. You need to drill holes to be able to breathe :)

Lots of options for quality suits here. Do a bit of reading and you will find a number of talented artists and most will probably sell you the file to get just a mask printed, or you may even find some that can sell you a sewn or unsewn mask. There are quite a few people here who can do the sewing for you as well.

I just used a drop of a glue that is made for glueing different materials together (especially plastics and metals)

I always have the little tube in my backback just in case. But they never fell off again.


-update-

I use the brand Pattex. Its a very small tube. So its pretty good to carry on a con :)

Wanted to pop in here and say that for anyone who has been waiting, my supplier finally got the materials I had on back order so I will be able to get started on catching up to the orders. Please be aware I'm away from the 17-23 so please bear with me as I try and get the orders completed as quickly as I can.

Just an FYI - I'm out of town now until the 23 so please do not send order requests until I get back. I will do my best to reply while away but would prefer not to have a lot of messages to deal with if possible.
