So dumb question here, has everyone pretty much been using a dremel for cutting out the eyes and breathing holes?

I tried 45 seconds for my TASM 1 lenses and it didn't work well so did the microwave merged for 1:30-2:00 and it worked great!

I will try it with 1.5min with the blow dryer.

i tried a blow dryer and maybe mine isnt powerful enough but it didnt work that well so i ended up putting it over the stove on low for a short time and they shaped easily. hope thats any help lol

I have a fair number of people who have expressed interest in getting a kit but have yet to follow up.
If you have contacted me about getting one, please send me a follow up pm if you are actually going to buy one anytime soon since I need to place an order for more materials and want to make sure I'll have enough on hand.
I've been informed by one of my suppliers that they are increasing costs so this may be the last chance to get in on this price before it goes up.

Ok, I've had this question 3 times again in the past week so I've added this info to the first post:
The frames are not meant to fit "INSIDE" the recess on the shell, the recess is there to allow space for the lenses and magnets, otherwise everything would stick up off the surface of the shell. The frames are meant to sit along the outer edge of the recess.

Any more ideas how to shape the frames?
Boiling water and blow dryer didnt work.
They just were able to shape a lil bit. But after they cooled down they went flat again.
What else can i use?
