Heat em with a blow drier if you have one for around 30 - 60 seconds. It works pretty well
Thx guys, I hope they live up to your expectations!
Just to let everyone know, you may or may not need to modify the eyeholes as I didn't make them overly big since I know some people like to keep the eyehole as minimal as possible.
And before I forget, I want to say a big thank you to Biggeek1972 for his 3D model work on bringing the frame design to life, and to Lunaman for his input and countless reference photos as I was working on these.
Probably the first time two of these shells have been in the same place. Myself (left) and chaosprince (right) showing how these combos look in-use.

I sprung for a heat gun and I'm able to shape the lens frames with ease. Only problem is they don't fit completely into the recesses.
Do I need to sand down the edges 'til they're rounded? I don't want to sand off too much and ruin the symmetry.
No, no, don't sand them down. They don't fit down into the recesses in the current configuration, the recesses help align them along the top edge (you can 'feel' when they're in the right position) and provide space for the magnets and lenses so that the edges of the fame aren't sticking up above the surface. The fabric and the magnets and the inner structure of the lenses go down into the recesses, the frames stay on the top surface like the rest of the mask.I sprung for a heat gun and I'm able to shape the lens frames with ease. Only problem is they don't fit completely into the recesses.
