Looking sweet! May I ask what types of glue you used? I used glue gun and, because of my low crafting skill, mine don't look neat hehe ^^"

Hey guys,
I got the combo shell and I am trying to assemble it, and was wondering if someone would be able to post a picture of the side of the lenses. When I am trying to put mine together, there is a gap between the mesh and the top dome, so i was wondering if this is how it is supposed to be. Thanks for any help

Currently working on constructing my kit, and was wondering if anyone here could provide any insight as to whether they prefer/recommend giving one side of the aluminum mesh a light coat of black paint. Does it possibly create a slight greyish discolouration in the appearance of the lenses from the outside, and is this step necessarily important. Also, are the instructions given with the kit referring to using the same "Krylon Fusion Gloss Black" paint to paint the aluminum mesh? Thanks!

I personally think that the black on the side of the mesh (facing your eyes) helps to reduce the glare people experience from using just white lenses. It has not discoloured/greyed any of my personal sets. And yes I used the same krylon gloss black for both the frames and the mesh. Hope that helps

Thank you! And when applying the black paint, is it just a quick spray on one side of the aluminum mesh?

yep, if you spray too much you will clog up the mesh and then you won't be able to see through it

this year, and heaps of the cosplays I've seen have all referred to you! So I though it was about time for me to buy myself a pair from you , I was wondering if you shipped overseas particularly to Australia? FYI, I'll be out of the country from Feb 2-10 and will have limited to no internet access so I will most likely not reply to any messages at that time.
