A fun 1 hr build -- did a quick pass with scotchbrite, Cape Cod, and Mothers after masking off the grip section to polish up the bulk of it, trying to approximate that apparent difference in texture. Then paint in the grip rings, a strip of adhesive vinyl for the helix, and then for fun I added a strip of chrome tape like the sonics had on the ring below the helix.

I’ve never seen a dr who episode, don’t know a thing about it. I don’t know what a sonic screw driver does

But I’m a huge fan of dan and his work, this screw driver looks awesome!

I would PM Dan and see if he had any extras made. I know he didn't get as many orders as he hoped so he might have had to have extras made up to get a good price.
