i may have missed something with foam builds but is it reinforced with anything?
this seems like an even cheaper/less time snd space consuming option than pep,fiberglass, bondo, sandsandsandsandsandsand

what about fibreglass tissue ?not quite as messy rq a few lay ups though
or fibreglass bridger just apply with a filler spreader

i "attempted" this before...

i'm not happy on what the fiberglass tissue did with the "armor details" so halfway resining the body, i discontinued and removed everything(it's starting to harden actually). maybe it's just that i don't know the technique yet. will try it again next time...=)

I have plans to make a Robocop costume. I believe that is the same process....

I have not read the whole topic, but do you know if is it possible to apply fiberglass over the EVA?

Progress has been slow. Mainly because I ran out of foam. But I just bought more and it arrived. I hope to get started again soon. Just want to sell my old suit so I can use manny to hold pieces as I build them.
