Rysjin7717, thanks for the heads up about those tutorials I am about to check those out. I haven't had a lot of time to mess around with my build just moved a week ago and been a crazy week settling into the new place.

Yeah, lol I didn't reply to him when he I was talking to you about some methods about building two pages back. Awesome progress though man you're really inspiring a lot of ppl to attempt different thigns when approaching these projects. Breaking the molds on traditional foam builds. Yours is by far the best I've seen on detail and you're not even done. I got back to my build last night, how much does it cost to get the foam you use? which files do you use for your templates for the foam as well?

Thanks. I commissioned ROBO to model a special set of files to use.. but then I have to unfold them and still think outside the box when it comes to layering, angles, etc. I believe I posted the foam I use back in this thread. Not sure.

so is there any new progress here? this looks amazing
i am curious tho - the chest peice looks to fit inside the MK3/4 arc chamber - is it supposed to set in there or will it go in the MK6 chest?

And yes the circular arc sits behind the triangular opening. Watch the movie back and you'll see what I mean... or look at the Mark VI hot toys.. the chest is removable and it reveals this circular arc reactor.

Thanks 3Jack! I'm not so sure about it being better than the movie suit but I'll take that as a huge compliment.. and in terms of my speed. I'm actually quite slow but thanks again lol It really is coming along well. I'm getting very excited.
