ThinkGeek's Iris 9000 now in stock

Although shown off long ago, ThinkGeek's IRIS 9000 voice control module for iPhone & Siri is now in stock. Though the size is too small, this could provide for some fun mods. Yes, no android version, but it does have bluetooth, so I'm sure some creative minds here could have a good time... :lol

I just bought this from ThinkGeek for half-price... and I don't even have an iPhone.

I was very happy that the Iris unit and the iPhone cradle just slip together. I was worried I'd have to damage it to have it stand alone.

I just got one of these for x-mas and while not as big as the original HAL, one could envision these interfaces in use as any size. That being said the unit is built well, the eye glow is great and begging for more - and affordable.
