The Wand Company TOS Tricorder is coming!

Well I didnt really find it because it can be seen in the tear-down video, but he doesnt mention it, so heres a better look:

This is behind the 3 buttons/lights. He didnt remove this one and I dont blame him. I think to get it out you would need to separate the aluminum front from the plastic housing, and Im sure there held together with some double-sided tape or adhesive. Too much work to remove it just to see the whole thing IMO

Yeah … I agree, you’ve tore down as comfortably as your willing to go.

It sucks not being able to find the display module yet. Perhaps, one day….

The info gained from a pin2pin would help to know the assignment’s for software/firmware hacks (not my wheelhouse)

Of course this is your call….if you want to stop and start to reassemble that’s fine. You gave it the Ol reverse engineering try :) it’s much Appreciated! :)

You went further than the last two YouTube teardown guy’s….that’s gotta mean something.

We all learned along the way…perhaps not in our favor, but nevertheless……..Thank You! (y) (y)

It appears Wand wins for now….

What’s important is that your Tricorder works correctly right after the last screw is screwed…

Below is my Epiphany……..blind ambition for an unattainable goal……it hit me like a wall of bricks.

Can you see the dilemma of why a physical hardware hack to tap into the tric display is futile?

Let me know when you stop laughing…..

 ( )

Excellent!!!

For your continued mission  ….you’ll have the opportunity to sift through all 3353 pages downloadable PDF of the ARM’s manufacturers FULL STM32H750 Reference Manual…found here …… RM0433 Reference manual.

Should you accept your mission, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!! (y)

Otherwise, I’d be thinking .. I hope I remember where all the screws go…hmmmm ..

:)
