Not screen accurate at all, but very funny and looks nice. I am going to include a blank tile to print with clear crystal resin and the templates to glue at the bottom.thats pretty awesome.

To my eyes, that is not exactly the same perspective and that difference would hide that the sloping angle in the 3D model is a little bit too high.Hey, no problem. Here you have a side by side comparison:

Hope this helps, and again, I really appreciate your input.
I Forgot to add the transparent tile on that render. If you check my previous photos, you will see the tile is about 1mm above. Imposible to set the same perspective on Fusion360. I am sorry for that. Even thought, I think my model is much better than the stuff offered right now as goodTo my eyes, that is not exactly the same perspective and that difference would hide that the sloping angle in the 3D model is a little bit too high.
Look at the button, which is pointing more upwards in the photo.
The border around the circuit board should also be a little bit thicker, I think.
But yeah, it is difficult to judge things by eye...
Apologies because I'm not very good with graphics. Maybe if you can position the 3D render at the same angle as the photo it may help to compare it? I tried blending the two images but they're a bit off. I traced the edges of the photo so it would stand out more.
You’re on the right track! Looking great! And stay tuned, cause I am already working on the legacy one. Gathered 3 different references to create this model. Kinda stuck with the pins. Which I believe given the measurement, could not be the ones used by AT-AT drivers glove. Have to confirm that. Don't have a physical one at hand yet. There are a lot of Molex connectors to compare with.

As usual, any feedback will be welcome
Love them, thanks.Just from my private reference files I have saved.
So they did use stripboard! I've seen a replica use stripboard before but I've never before seen a reference picture that was detailed enough that you could see that it was correct. I used to assume that they had used a similar mesh to that of the Cloud City comm link.

Thanks, I will be posting final renders ASAP. I believe I finished the first stage. With that recent reference teecrooz shared with us, I am more confident than before.Great progress on the comlink, the.rebel.agent ! So happy to see this finally getting the attention it needed.
