The Ultimate X-Wing Pilot Thread

Anyone have (1) a decent X-wing helmet for sale; and/or 2) a decent used chestbox for sale? Drop me a PM if so. I'm open to offers although I'd like to avoid the really high-end models.

I'm in the process of building my x-wing flight uniform. So far, this is where I'm at:

1) flightsuit and vest from Costumebase

2) homemade ejection harness, belt using strapworks straps

3) homemade leg flares and holder

4) reproduction WWII German military boots

5) leather gauntlet gloves

6) really ugly used plastic chestbox

Thanks for all the info in this thread!!

So.....Rebel Scums......This is your chance whether you upgrading or wannabe.

We can also make Grey vest for Baron Fel costume.

Here some pictures and Please let me know if you have any questions.

That commpad is looking nice. Congratulations. Maybe we should revisit ours.

I would look into a SLA print, as a suggestion, which would surpass the injection printing qualities.

Shoot me a PM if you are interested in all things X-wing :) (helmet, jumpsuit, chestbox, flares, holder, harness, etc.) Kathy can give you pictures, numbers, etc.

Funny the Dengar photo reference. That is my photo, from our R&D, designing the Dengar kit that we now offer :) That was for my friend Aaron, who was then used as reference for the 501st CRL ...small world.

All PMs replied.

For those who asking for the Baron Fel costume - Rebel or Imperial version, here some pictures for your reference.

Please PM me or post here if you have more questions.....

Thanks

The straps are the wrong kind of fishbone weave and the insertion locks are incorrect (not that any X-wing pilot cosplayer has ever found any correct one... ;) ).

ok since this thread is titled The Ultimate X-Wing Pilot Thread[/h]
I was wondering if anyone could help me with supply links, as most of the links save for the last few pages are either dead or no longer producing products, I realize this concept will be hijacked when the costume book and screen caps for the new movie come out, but im building a Porkins /willrow hood and am still having trouble finding parts..

We can help with a lot of the items too. Last year especially with all we had going on, certain orders were delayed but we're getting back on track again now that we're getting the hang of raising a baby and well... getting in car accidents, etc. ;)
