The show off your MPP 2.0 thread

It's been a running joke in a few threads- one of the marked differences in some MPP models is the size of the b-hole. Hence comedy gold!

Could anyone who has this in hand take some measurements for me? Since mine got mixed up with a graflex kit, I'm not sure where to start with a few things I had planned. I need the depth and inner diameter of the grip portion if anyone can get it for me. Thanks!

I'm shocked and offended this thread didn't take off like the Graflex 2.0 one...

Anyway!

Finished up my 2.0 accurizing project...

So how did you set up the clamp? I bought the clamp greebly from the Saber Armory but it seems purely aesthetic with no function...so how do you have the clamp actually clamped while still showing the ESB-accurate greebly?

I had to do a double take, since korbanth has these on sale right now I didn’t realize this was a year old

Oh, well. Better late than never. Took me a couple of years to get around to this build but happy with it none the less. Please excuse the crappy phone photos. Gave my camera to my shutterbug daughter :) :

Korbanth's excellent MPP 2.0 hilt with KrSaber's accuracy mods.

The blade retention screw wasn't up to my battle standards so I drilled and tapped for the Custom Saber Shop 8-32 x 1/2" thumb screw that they sell for their FX Vader conversion kits. That'll hold it. :)

For the bubble strip I wanted a vintage look so I got a Unisonic 811 off ebay for $8 and dremeled it to fit:

Got's to have the "Pew Pew" so it has a Goth Master Chassis with a Nano Biscotte V4:

And of course you have to use actual quartz crystals :)

Now on to the K4 build. Maybe I'll dip a toe in the NeoPixel setup everybody is talking about :) ...
