I'm currently working on making a costume based off of the DC character The Question, who became a favourite of mine after I watched Justice League Unlimited a few years back.
So far, the easiest aspect of the build has actually been the mask, which I'm working on using this guide for reference.
I'm having the most trouble finding a trenchcoat that looks a bit like the standard one The Question wears. The only overcoats I've been able to find have been a bit too... Complicated. Vic Sage's coat is very bare bones, with no superfluous straps or buttons. The colour isn't really a problem (my local craft store has the perfect shade of blue dye).
The other problem is the fedora. I haven't been able to find the right style, but that may be because I'm not particularly well versed in hats.
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I'll keep you updated with my progress.
