Ok hunters i am ready to make another suit, But this time i am going all out to make this a convention costume that is durable enough to handle to abuse. So i have made a duct tape dummy and covered it with fiberglass and made a turn table to make it easier to work the clay. My next step is to wrap it in saran wrap and start applying the glay i will as always keep you up to date on the progress.
The materials i used to do it was
4 rolls of duck tape one spandex shirt and 5 cand of big gap expanding foam. I made the table out of a swivel bar stool and mounted it to a piece of wood . I made the tubing out of pvc pipe 1 inch . You can use 2 inch if you want it more sturdy but 1 inch works well also. I hope you enjoy this new journey it should be awesome with a new custome musle suit. And i plan on making it out a new type of material that Top knot (jeff) sent me He is using the same on his body suit as well . It is super stretchy and light wieght enough to handle the stress .
