I’m on the other side. Just let a V3 go. Held onto it for several years and decided the 1/48 scale ones are e good enough and big enough for me. This is also why I let my Red Jammer go a few years ago—when I could get a couple of really nice 48th Y-Wings. That was all I really needed. Maybe I’m an imposter here because I only bought the studio scale stuff because I couldn’t get other acceptable stuff that was bigger than 72nd scale. But when I did, I let the studio scale stuff go. But it was still hard.I joined here just a few years too late to get in on any of the Salzo SS X-Wings. Would love a V4 or V5...

Now I just have to convince my wife that I NEED this!Found one here:
Maquette à monter Fusil Gun PYRO Moorish Rifle North African G193-500 1/1 | eBay
Maquette de la fin des années 60, très difficile à dénicher.www.ebay.com
Moebius Interstellar Ranger
I have seen paper models of it offered online; I just might try doing one using the templates in plastic just to see if it can be done.

Why did it get pulled ?Not exactly a kit but a screen used prop...
Princess Vespa's blaster from Spaceballs showed up on eBay. It was expensive and it would have just about broke me to get, but it was just within reach.
The auction was pulled. Apparently, it was the functional hero version and not a hero stunt. Which btw turns out to have been an actual working Calico. Oops.
You should have . If it’s flagged for being a firearm or a replica without the plug the listing is gone . How much was it ?I'm just speculating here, but it is my guess that it got pulled because it was the working hero and not the non firing version.
If it was the version I suspect now, it was a working firearm, which never should have been on eBay in the first place. If they didn't pull such an item, the recipient as well as eBay might have a lot of questions to answer about weapon sales.
I should have taken a picture of the auction, but I dropped the ball.
Now I just have to convince my wife that I NEED this!
If that is one of your biggest regrets in life, you must be living the Life of Riley. My 501st ANH Stormtrooper Armor. An FX Kit that I customised and built into a killer rig, then trooped in it at Supernova's Australia Wide and tons of charity work.
I lost interest in the 501st and sold it for $2.5k....Wish I still had it....
One of life's BIG regrets......
The 1/350 is a little scarce right now, but they're going to repop it sometime this year with new box art. There are Aztec decals sets for it. Not as nice as doing the full Monty paint job, but I've seen excellent builds that use them. Also there are some nice lighting kits out there. There's still soldering involved, but at least you don't have to source everything and figure out control electronics. I'm in the middle of a build right now with a full custom lighting rig, aftermarket parts, and the full paint job. It's a daunting build, but I'm taking my time.PL 1/350 Refit. I chickened out on it when I realized A. I would have to make the lighting from scratch, and B. doing the Aztek panels made me literally ill at the thought of it. I shoved the kit into a closet, then when doing spring cleaning a couple years before moving out of that apartment I pitched it. Never even glued two pieces together.
Though to be fair, as much as I still wanna get another and build it the azteks still make me ill, even knowing there are mask sets now.
