Hey guys
My son built up this new kit from AMT of the Marauder from Bad Batch a while ago but he never got round to painting it. We were clearing out his wardrobe the other day when he found it and handed it to me and asked me to paint it for him. Naturally, I said No, you do it - its your build, but he really didn't want to and so, I made him choose the colours and the pattern and after a LOT of indecision and mind changing, he came to what you see below.
Painted in Zero Paints Mclaren Graphite grey, metallic blue and semi gloss and NATO black accents, it looks pretty menacing. Personally, I wouldn't have chosen blue, but its not my choice.
I have another one of these kits in my stash and it's prime for extra detailing. One day ....
Well, that's it, but I thought it came out pretty cool. Makes a nice change from the usual Star Wars Grey.
Looking at the base kit, as I said, there is heaps of scope for extra detailing if you could be arsed. I would, but as it is, I already have too many unfinished projects that really need my attention
