I recently picked up this super rare vintage Compac Super 2 1/2X Scope, in nice used condition with plenty of character, this is the second Compac Super 2 1/2X Scope I've hunted, below are before & after cleanup photos, very very cool

Vintage Ripmax Futaba M6 Transmitter - ANH R2D2 Remote Controller

I recently picked up this minty vintage Ripmax Futaba M6 Transmitter & whilst it's not a prop in it's self its still a very cool item, which was used to control R2D2 in ANH, I need to give a shout-out to Dennis Rubarth on FB who originally posted the information and collage pic of behind the scenes images, I'm planning to display the Ripmax Futaba M6 with a LEGO R2D2 which should look cool

Also a shout-out to my good buddy Colin db94 for his assistance & photos including his R2D2 prop in the background

Vintage WWII Browning .303 Booster & Nut

I recently picked up this vintage WWII Browning .303 Booster & Nut, the Booster has some signs of its previous life during WWII and the Nut has seen better days most likely from the removal process by a previous owner, I plan to get these cleaned up & will most likely post for sale, I need to give a shout-out to my buddy Andy mugatu for his help, organizing payment on this was a nightmare...

Vintage NorthStar Multi-Band Radio variant of the Sonix Victory 75 Radio

I recently picked up this very cool vintage NorthStar Multi-Band Radio, which is a variant of Sonix Victory 75 Radio used to build the ANH Sandtrooper Backpack, I've been hunting for a Sonix Victory 75 Radio for sometime now to display, but this NorthStar will make a nice start to my display.

The Sonix Victory 75 & NorthStar variant are almost identical except the NorthStar does not have the side socket port that is on the Sonix Victory 75 Radio & seen on the ANH Sandtrooper Backpack screen caps.

I also picked up a minty vintage GIO'STYLE Safari 600 Water Bottle + Retail Box, which was also used to build the ANH Sandtrooper Backpack.

I finally got around to building a LEGO R2D2 50th Anniversary to display with my vintage Ripmax Futaba M6 - ANH R2D2 Remote Controller & vintage G&G Retort Clamp & Pickle Fork, I did a few pics with ANH movie in the background on my TV, just a little fun

Vintage Flight Helmet hybrid Red-5 X-Wing Helmet Build - Part 14

Update for the vintage Flight Helmet hybrid Red-5 X-Wing Helmet Build, Dustin newmagrathea posted the Part 14 video.

Recent update video, Dustin completing the final fabrication of the Side Clasp sections cut from the helmet kit, before we do a final assembly and check all the vintage & kit parts fit correctly, the project is slowly coming together

Vintage Booster from Relic Vintage WWII Browning .303 MG

I think people will remember my previous post on the Relic Vintage WWII Browning .303 MG I picked up and the drama removing the Booster.

Update:

Since my previous post, I decided to send the Booster to Troy Seneca to work his magic on another vintage Obi part, in all fairness this was a huge ask to clean up the Booster.... OMG within the day he received the Booster Troy worked his magic and lathed out the rusted/fused Nut section that was cut-off & partially drilled & cleaned up the Fins, the result is well amazing

UPDATE:

Troy Seneca was able to clean up the Flash-hider/Nut to Booster threads, which we thought were un-savable test threading onto Roman MKI FX Cage

NOS Vintage Carrera 5098 Rimless Ski Goggles (BLACK)

I recently picked up these NOS Vintage Carrera 5098 Rimless Ski Goggles (BLACK) with Yellow Tint Lens & Retail Box, unfortunately not white but still very cool non-the-less, I also picked up vintage Clear Lens so I can swap-out, these are the goggles worn by Han Solo on Hoth and will make a sweet addition to my collection, maybe one day I will get lucky and score a white pair

Hunting Box from Germany

I received a box from my good buddy Markus OdiWan72 with some new treasures I hunted over the past months, big shout-out to Markus as always for his help over in the EU, thanks buddy

Items:

Vintage Split Plugs 2x LMK AM Plugs & 2x UKW FM Plugs something I noted is only one of the FM Plugs has the center plastic post the other has only the two vertical metal pins, not sure if this is common as I'm sure I've only seen photos of FM Plugs with the center plastic post.

Vintage M40 Telescope with Bracket and original Screws #14226, this one will make a nice addition to my Telescope collection.

Vintage GIO'STYLE Safari 600 Water Bottle (Green) with Retail Box, this is the second Safari 600 Water Bottle I've picked up and will make a nice addition to my growing Sandtrooper display.
