The Mandalorian Chapter 22 "The Resistor" spark pad case ID help

That's just a test. Have to sand down the base of the stamp to remove the diagonal lines. So far, so good. Have to make a handle for the stamp

Guess my theory about sanding down that part was useful. Guess the ink is horrible. Have to use real paint.

Just found a white one. Can't buy 216 of those cases. Let's hope someone else could sell them for less.

I am still trying to find the right size in Germany. All shops there have only a smaller version:confused:
Does anybody know a shop in Germany?

That looks much better! Better saturation, but have you tried to use paint On the stamp?
I failed miserably trying to user acrylic paint over the tin box. Black went great, but blue was horrible. Tried several techniques, nothing worked out. Have to get a transparent metal primer and try again.

Don't worry. Guess I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Trying a different shape for the blue part. Only I have to do is to fill the gaps with a brush

I meant perhaps the stamps were soft or porous. Just judging by the way the ink is bleeding out in spots and gapping in others. Rubber stamps are usually fairly rigid. Do you happen to have a small roller to apply the ink to the stamp?
I bet this is frustrating - you are so close!

I think you might be surprised how little it costs to get a couple real rubber stamps custom cut. If you're committed to this approach, I'd highly recommend it! (I've had good experiences with VistaPrint for stamps I've used for other projects, but many of the print-on-demand sites appear to offer them now.)
