Yes i have mate and it does
I created it so that the side part comes off.
I couldn't find any glass that fit so i decided to use plastic, I'll get some side view photos of the plastic after i get back from holiday :cool

Shot in the dark - It might be "Impact" font.

This is Helvetica CY, outlined then the path offset by +.031

Kind of looks like a variance of Bureau Grot or Arial Black. Most likely Arial Black.

Edit: Benton Sans Black is a closer match.
