The Book of Boba Fett

Everyone needs to rewatch Mandalorian season 2 The tragedy again and really listen to Boba...listen to what he says...He is still the same Boba Fett as the one in TBOB...Yes, Mr. Rodriguez directed it and it was written by Favreau so consider this the foundation going forward. Why do i tell you this? Boba has not changed. It looks as if he has. He has not. Everything that we've seen thus far has been in a dream and after meeting Mando. There is one line he says that made me rethink everything that we are seeing right now. I want to see if someone else can find it. Like i said before, buckle your seatbelts and start writing your apology letters now to Mr. Rodriguez because it's about to get very fun.

Mr Rodriguez is that you ?
Have you hijacked

CopperRevan he’s pretty different in his actions, seeing as he was kicking plastoid in his Mando episodes and has seemingly not fired a blaster in all of the current timeline BOBF action (he did fire the wrist rocket) and has to be in his bacta tank so frequently. What he says doesn’t really line up with BOBF either from what I recall but it’s been a while. Seemed to me that he wanted to reclaim his fathers armor and then just move on.

So are you suggesting this whole show is a spice dream?

Watch it again and listen...trust me

He gets his armor back so it's definitely no dream...something has happened in between the time Boba flies away in the Mando finale and him reuniting with Shand on Tatooine...yes he seems very different physically but his ideology hasn't changed. Remember how we saw him on Mando he has already seen the Tuskens killed etc. He's already had the lizard trip. He's in his black Garb. He wasn't soft there, he isn't soft now but something affecting him physically. His mind is sharp and remember his line to the Mayor about those who have underestimated him.

I love your enthusiasm. It's helping get excited! For the life of me I can't think of what your talking about. But that doesn't matter. Just your excitement alone, is rubbing off on me!

I was also noticing how much the knee pads and right gauntlet have changed

Oh wow! I haven't seen this! So they did actually build a physical rancor head! No wonder it looked so good! I guess that explains why they didn't build physical Hutts! The budget went toward this! Looks great!
I don't think anyone has mentioned this. But when Boba says he's ridden creatures 10 times bigger. Gotta a be a reference to this?

Yeah I think that's what the speculation is!

There is a line or 2 in the Tragedy and a couple when he is with the Mayor that prove to me that the Boba we are seeing now is the same skilled, ferocious Boba on Mando...atleast ideologically. The dreams/flashbacks have just been given to us to set us up for the spike and yes, Boba is getting his tail kicked around but notice he's fine afterwards like nothing happened. When i went back and watched the episodes with Boba, i just focused on the lines themselves, not the theatrics. The Vespas, ( i hate) but I'm not gonna allow that distraction to ruin the story of Boba...Tem also addressed the fan backlash over the Vespas already and what he said about that was pretty revealing to me as well. The Clint Eastwood movie Unforgiven has not left my mind from the start. In my opinion, Boba is going to confirm in everyones mind that yes...he is exactly who we thought he was all along...a tough guy....a really really tough guy with a supreme set of skills...just like Eastwoods character in Unforgiven...he's not Mando...just because Mando showed emotion for Grogu, doesn't mean they are turning Boba into a softy. I'm not saying another word about any reveal or whatever til episode 4 airs...i believe it will begin to be quite obvious. Thanks for staying optimistic yourself. This all hinges on will they stay true to the writing of The Tragedy...Both Favreau and Rodriguez paired for that episode and they are for this series so I've detected the consistency in Boba's lines...that's what has me pumped. If he's bluffing, we'll be bummed but if not...we are in for a wild finish and Boba's legend remaining intact as ever it could be.

What did Tem say about the backlash?
