The long and convoluted thread about the Worldcon photos of the "real" gun, ID card, hat w/ HUD visor, etc. distracted alot of people. In the meantime, I continued in my hunt for the real BR props on my own. 25 plus years of police training and experience paid off. As soon as I offload the images I will post here.
NO, I will not be bullied, coerced, chided, or seduced into not posting my pictures. Well, maybe seduced...depends on who's doing the seducing.
Anyway, I fear not the "stakeholders" or "upset higher ups" or even Mr. Ridley Scott.
Just give me a minute or two to sort throught and post the photos. I have pictures of Deckard's wallet, a real phone card, currency and a new card unseen or unmentioned (TMK) previously. The most important find of all is that the wallet set shows two images, one clearly showing that Deckard was not human. The rumor of the Red X on the card is true, it cannot be seen by replicants but CAN be seen by humans. Plus, there is encoding on the card that can only be seen through the police visor mounted HUD. The photos show both the card/badge as seen by a uniformed policeman through a visor, and as seen by Deckard himself.
Let me get to the photos...pictures are worth a thousand words.
