The Batman costume research and found parts ID

I don’t remember him ever retracting it at will. In fact, in the Iceberg Lounge scene, he manually has to load it back into the locked position with his other hand. I think it’s just a spring loaded mechanism
He retracts it when he appears behind Catwoman after she opens the safe. The fact that he manually retracts it in the Lounge makes me think they used different gauntlets for different shots.

What on earth do I have to do to get a response from MakeFast on the triangles?
B. Does anyone know what the nylon pouches on the rear left side of the belt are? Can't find a decent picture of it.

On the rear left side, I believe those are double speed loader pouches. I bought the one shown in the attached image from Amazon.

It can take a few days. I got the last 5 they had. They said they would make more but it could be 5 weeks.

Infinity Studio is making a life-size bust. These pics show some interesting details.

For those still looking for a belt, I think the Aker B01 Sam Browne Duty Belt in baskwetweave is about as close as you can get. It's impossible to tell what they used as a base since they cut his belt up and added what looks like elastic to it, but the Aker B01 has all the details, even the stitching on top and bottom. If I was a betting man, I'd say this is what they used.

Wasn't it stated somewhere officially that the costume belt was 2" wide? The Sam Browne measures 2-1/4" inches?

I could be wrong; let me dig around and see if I can find the quote. :)

A duty belt like the one in the movie is usually 2”-2.25”. I think what you might be thinking about is when someone posted the Makefast buckle and said it was what was used in the movie, but someone mentioned the size of his belt (about 2”) would be too big for the Makefast buckle, which means the buckle was just based on the Makefast and was custom

This video has the best shot of the grapple launcher mechanism so far:

The Fidlock buckle is also pretty visible, but I still can't tell which one it is. I imagine it's the "V-BUCKLE 25 black flap + pull tab" with the SKU V-11401-000002(BLK), but the bottom part usually hidden by the grapple launcher doesn't really look like any of the four I listed to me.

Wrist grapple v1. I’m pretty stoked with how this turned out.

I am almost done with the left gauntlet I made all the tweaks so it will come out further and come from the correct position on the gauntlet. I’ve had so many messages here on fb and Instagram so I wanted to show you guys. The gun is printed in plastic for the test paint. But it looks pretty good. I have resin ones printing as we speak. I love the sound of it popping out and being retracted. I also figured out how to make it fire the dart. Pretty fun build so far.
