I think it's cool. But what would that cost? I liked the movie enough to buy the BR but I doubt I'd spend a ton of money for that kind of packaging. Especially if there's rumors of them coming out with another set later on.

When I'm looking for a movie to watch, I just like to peruse my shelf. I don't want to have to start walking all around the room, looking through different specialty display cases.

Now, if some company released a decent model kit of the helicarrier, I'd buy that :thumbsup.

Dammit, you beat me to it! I just saw that episode last night!

But yeah, I'd be much happier with some kind of special stacked steelbook edition, or something like that. Anything other than the giant eyesore this thing would be.

Yawn.

I have most of those BluRay's already and have little use for any 3D movie. Hopefully, there won't be any extra bonus material not available elsewhere.

...and just like most other's have said, while the case or the Helicarrier might be cool, I live my DVD/BluRay collection somewhat organized and that just doesn't make it work.

Having the movie now instead of a month from now though......that would be very nice.

That is crazy though, but now I understand how so many pirated copies made it to the internet before the movie was released here. Enjoy the Avengers nlschutd. I am slightly depressed now that i cannot see this for another month......:cry
