But the Vince jacket was only in "green" available, the black one is special order or "custom" made from them ?!
It does have the hood-laces, I.E. drawstrings. And like I said, it's probably just the regular Vince jacket dyed black.
Also, lets not forget the fact that this is a major multi-million dollar Hollywood production, with everything at its disposal...including the ability to achieve something as simple as recreating a style of jacket in an alternate color using the original pattern from the brand or simply having them custom make it for the film. If they can make a Spidey suit, they can make a jacket.
It probably went a little something like this... *dream sequence sound effect*
"Hi, Vince? Yes, this is The Amazing Spider-Man...no, not Spider-Man himself...please don't hang up...I meant the big budget reboot at Sony you've probably heard about by now. Listen, we want to use your green field jacket that you sold exclusively at Nordstroms in the film. Is that okay? Of course it's okay...why wouldn't it be? After all, now countless fans and cosplayers alike will spend hours upon hours discussing the jacket (and your brand) - mulling over its every stitch and button in hopes that they might find a serviceable alternate, or Green Goblin willing, the screen accurate jacket itself! By the way, to quote Batman (don't tell my colleagues over at Marvel), does it come in black? No? That's too bad! Obey has a similar field jacket in both green AND black. What's that...it just so happens you can make one for us! SPECTACULAR!"
Annnnnd scene!
