I suppose it could be some kind of The Cure merchandise, yeah.
I did however look it up, but didn't find anything remotely similar to Peter's hoodie, not even the logo itself, either.

While it does appear to say The Cure (as in the band), it's possible that it's a Stand Up To Cancer hoodie. Cure. Cancer. You get the picture. The font looks similar to theirs and, aside from the fact that they did a Spider-Man tie-in, Andrew Garfield and Marc Webb have been known to be big supporters of the cause, even wearing S^2C shirts at Comic-Con. So possibly product placement!
I didn't see a hoodie on their website with this design per se but it's possible it was something they carried at the time of filming.

Intresting, didn't think of that before. I couldn't find any similar S^2C hoodies either, though.
But as I said before; I'm not even sure it's a hoodie, it just looks like a hoodie.
Honestly, I'm not really sure about anything right now. It's just weird of the movie to include a certain brand wihout really including it.

I wonder what the actual size of these lenses will be. This manip has them at almost the same size as the old ones. We shall see!

Wow, they look super comic-booky. Not sure if that's a good thing or not :/
I don't know how much you can take that manip to be a representation of the real thing though. The angle and everything make all the difference. I'm waiting for a real pic to judge. But I love the eyes so far.

I saw a youtube video that specualted that the lenses could be the lenses for the black suit, or even Black Cat. Who knows, I just wanna skip ahead to May next year so I can watch the damn film

Well, Marc Webb has stated in an interview that spiderman's new suit will have "bigger eyes and gnarly webshooters", so it really only makes sense that these would be spidey's eyes. Also, I doubt they'd go the black suit route so soon. I think they realize the mistake they made with spiderman 3 and while they might begin to set some of the necessary parts up in this one, I don't think they'll have him get the suit until the third movie or later.
I'd guess they might be building up to the Green Goblin and the death of Gwen Stacey for the third movie, possibly sinister six for the fourth? Whatever they're planning, it seems to be a long term thing like the Avengers series.

Yes, PP means Peter Parker. When I say he's a bit alternative, I mean he's different. He isn't exactly...normal. You know, he's an outcast. He doesn't have many/any friends and he doesn't exactly wear all the latest fashions. He's just different.
