I can't give you any tips for printing the red parts of the suit, but if your morphsuit has no pre-exisitng texture on the blue parts then just create a screen, and print over it carefully. We've done this with sewn suits before to get textures.

Wow what a thread, so much helpful information. So if i sent the files to fabricondemand, can they only print in the Lycra or can I send them or give them the name of a certain type of fabric, or is that no an option? Is screenprinting with these files result in mostly screen-accurate suits or is this process more for just high quality suits that aren't super screen accurate? My goal is to just have a convincing looking suit with nice clean webbing and the shell, webshooters, and eyes and soles and such. I'm ok with shelling out a larger amount of money but ya I'm still trying to find the best route. Oh, and I don't think I'll have muscle shading, the idea is to hit the gym to solve that problem 
Hopefully this actually made sense lol. And almost forgot, does the faceshell, if scaled right, fit on most head shapes. It just seems like for certain heads it just wouldn't work, but I could be wrong. Cheers

And I just looked up Spiderm Anneeyys Facebook page and holy crap where does this guy get his fabrics?! Those colors are almost perfect! Why aren't we consulting these guys? :/ are they unwilling to share their "trade secrets" or something? If I'm missing something, please excuse me, but seriously I mean we've been scrounging around going back and forth on fabrics and whether blue bricks are puff painted or not while some guys seem to be nailing it on all fronts.

wait so hold on now that people didnt want the muscle pattern does that mean the one that did have it was taken down? i was going to mix, match, and blend it with the raimi suit from the other thread. i need the muscle pattern to do that. i mostly just like the way the arms in the tasm movies had a thinner red and more blue part on the suit because it showed more definition in the arm despite how thin and lean he was. it was more like a stripe to show definition than just half red half blue

I recall seeing a thread a while back that indicated the Spiderm Anneeyys guy has gone out of his way to avoid sharing the source of his red fabric. Ordinarily I'd say that runs counter to the spirit of this community, but the fact is that he's able to command a pretty high premium for his work so I can't entirely fault him for wanting to maintain an air of exclusivity. I can only assume that the fabric is hard (and expensive) to come by, anyway, considering that a thorough online search hits a dead end when trying to find a comparable fabric. Virtually all "satin/charmeuse" stretch fabric has a fairly low lycra/spandex content so it wouldn't be all that practical for a Spidey costume (unless it was carefully tailored to fit a specific person).
There are tons of red spandex out there, but none really match that holy grail of sheen and contrast. At least none that I've found.

Once you find the fabric I have the brick pattern ready for silkscreening if you want it.... same one I sent the RPC studio.
I can't speak for Anneyy since I'm not sure where he gets his fabric from but I have ID'ed the TASM2 suit's fabric (now in the movie industry so I have my resources). I made a thread talking about the fabric that pre-dates my signing of the NDA contracts so I don't see a problem with me reposting what i had already shared. Code: FRAL is what you're looking for.
