The Amazing Spider-man 2 - 3D Print Files/Pattern - FREE

Fantastic info!! Big-time thanks for that. :thumbsup

I've seen that stuff before, but after checking out the site I cant find out how to go about purchasing the material. Any ideas or sites that sell that fabric?

Great info, but unfortunately they don't produce that fabric anymore, also they don't sell to private people but only to company.

Contact R.B. Textiles. They are the distributor in the US. There's a minimum purchase of course since they usually do sell to companies.

Still trying to sort out bigger shooter pads.

Have re-scaled the design in netfabb to what I need, but when I upload to Shapeways, it says it's too thin.

I've kept the thickness to the same as Ken's

Any ideas

Dears,

May I know where can i find the suit pattern for this particular picture? I freaking love the look of it maybe the lighting plays an enormous role to make it look that good. I heard its a kenlandrum pattern :) Would really appreciate some help over here.

* Sorry but i am extremely noobie in this but i really would like to cosplay spiderman and this would my first time. But i have zero idea how to alter the sizing of the pattern file to fit me. Most of all, I tried downloading one of the file and its around 500mb and it took forever because the internet speed at my area sucks so bad , its less than 1mbps > <
i am at 167cm (5''7) and 57kg which should be way shorter for the pattern file which is cater for 6'' if i m not wrong.
*I have no knowledge on measurements and cosplay stuff... i feel so hopeless :3

Ken Landrum attached a handy guide made by a fellow RPFer at the first page which contains instructions on how to resize the suit. It's really not that complicated to resize. You just need Photoshop to resize the file. As for your internet speed, I'm afraid we can't help that much. Unless you can contact a fellow RPFer who lives nearby you with great internet speed and can download the file for you.

Hey Matthew thanks for responding :) After a long wait I have successfully downloaded the file :)

May i just ask if the spider man suit picture i quoted earlier is the same color from the current updated file or would more work be needed for me to achieve that color? The picture was gotten from Zentaizone and they do acknowledge it's Ken's pattern :) I really love that red sheen look but maybe its the lighting only.

I can't give you a definitive answer to this one, as I've never printed the file before. But from what i've been seeing, the colors on Ken's pattern are brighter and more saturated. I believe you can edit this in photoshop to get that color

Depending on your choice of lycra, you could get that sheen. Lighting also contributes, but mainly it's the fabric that gives off that glorious sheen

The latest downloadable file has only been test printed with FOD. I have no idea how it would print with any of the zentai(s)... Personally, if I wanted to get a complete suit I would be looking at RPC Studios rather than Zentai. They are using my file with great success. I made special brick and web files for silkscreening the puff. Looks pretty darn good.
