Hi,
I hope this message finds you all well,
I’m looking to make a Tobey Maguire/Sam Raimi Spider-Man mask.

For the webbing:
I’m going to 3D print a webbing pattern, then make a plaster or silicone mold, and pour urethane into that mold.

My question is.. what urethane do I use, is there a specific brand ? And what level, Urethane 20,30,40?

Also, for the 3D Print mold master, is just basic PLA ok?

Any advice would greatly be appreciated
Thanks,
KS

Have you considered consider 3D printing the webbing directly in Ninjaflex or nylon?
Depending on the level of detail your printer can produce, you might be able to just print them directly in flexible materials and avoid the whole moulding issue?
If you had a resin printer you could use one of the flexible resins like Reisone to print directly.
