Terminator 4: Salvation - Prop Discussion (SPOILERS AHEAD)

I just mean in general. That take a great story and try to make it better which usualy ruins it. If its not broken dont fix it ;) I have faith though

Um, they did that back in '91.

As much as I love T2, it really is a watered down version of the original. With some snazzy FX thrown in. I'm not saying that it is bad -- as I love it, myself -- but it really is...

Terminator 3? I don't need to say a thing, do I? :angel

Anyway, you folks got the hi-res of this?

If not:

yeah im not to keen on the harvester, or the motorcycle terminators. but the t-600 with the "skin" managed to look creepy enough to catch my interest.

Did I hear him say in that video Williw linked too, that T4 takes place 10 years after Skynet set off the nukes?

Hi....
I thought I´d bump this thread up by adding the newly leaked Concept art pictures.....
Looks like this movie has cought a case of the Micheal Bay-flu.....not that that is a bad thing.....considering the awesome-factor of Transformers :)

Not digging the bikes or the transformer. I'll try to hold off judgement until I see the film though. :confused

Is there a particular reason why everything has to be equipped with old school gatling guns? :rolleyes

Hunter bikes ?! :sick

I guess it's because timewise it's set before Skynet developed Plasma rifle's etc. and Gatling guns give the biggest terminator bang for the buck. There are after all supposed to be two more films after this one so I imagine they need to show some development in the terminators during these.

Roughneckone:cool

Skynet is supposed to be a smart and efficient computer. Why would it build a big ass terminator and a wheel based terminator. The t600 makes sence but nothing else does, Skynet is to advanced for such inferior robots, even in its infancy. Oh well ill still go see it

The rifle looks like a M16/M4 with a monolithic free float rail, A.R.M.S. BUIS, and some type of red dot sight.
I think the tactical light may be a PentagonLight.

If it's ok I'll post this on www.AR15.com and ask them.
They may be able to be specific on the type of receiver and brand of parts.

I just had someone on www.AR15.com say the same about the c-more sight and also that it looks like the H&K AR and a surefire light with pressure pad

Here is more info:

HK-416 with 14.5" barrel
Surefire M962 Gen I with XM07 tailcap
YHM flip BUIS, front and rear
C-More Railway sight
A1 flash suppressor

Interestingly enough, there's no crush washer or peel washer installed behind the flash suppressor, as if someone forgot to install one after putting the blank adapter in.
