Does it have skin on it at some point. It would be real hard to pass off an 8 foot tall one of those as human.

It's definitely a TANK! :eek
I can't see the point of having something that big look somewhat human. No way would it pass for human, with or without skin.
Unless Skynet didn't have a clue at that point.
Any clue on HK stuff yet? Flying or tank.
I think we get a glimpse of a little guy in the trailer.
There was a strider HK that never made it into T2.
You can partially see it on the side artwork of the pinball game.
Kinda wanna finally see one on screen.
The top section of the Centurion certainly bears a striking resemblance to the shot I have in my post above (if a bit more primitive) with the Gatling turrets on the end of arm/booms!:love
Roughneckone :coolTerminator Salvation In this timeline, the Series 600 concept has been revised into a hulking behemoth in excess of 8 feet tall, armed with a vulcan cannon hardmounted to the right arm. However, it is still based on the human skeleton. This does not necessarily preclude an infiltration role as there would likely be variants of the T-600 for different functions, which would naturally be made in appropriate sizes. Also, a seven to eight foot tall terminator mocked-up as a human would only need to disguise itself well enough to get within firing range of a human camp, as it is very difficult to judge size from a distance.
Why are anyone talking about any of the versions we know about? Wasn't it made clear that all this was something new?
Forget all that Reese told Sarah and all that Sarah told John... he states clearly that it isn't the future he was told about - the future where there were disposal camps... human race nearly going out forever... and the Terminators were the newest (which means they weren't there at the beginning until people started fighting back, which makes sense to make human looking machines since the HK's are too big to go where humans hide and with skin on because humans are not stupid).
All that doesn't matter since this is something new.
But that strider really takes the HK tank even further towards the WotW style fighting machine look.
Thats exactly what I thought. It`s a future thats somehow changed and John states that in the teaser.
I love the look of the T-600`s.It looks so mean all rusted and beat up.However nothing will ever beat the T-800 endo,it`s just perfection, but who was ever expecting it to be beaten.:love
Reagards,

Have we seen the T-900 yet - in comics perhaps?
I'm assuming this is some kind of HK /aquabot (from trailer end).
Looks like a big Gatling mount on the end of each "arm"?

Roughneckone :cool
I thought it was an updated/bigger version of the gatling gun armed robots we saw in T3.
