Wow... Thanks for the pix Dave. Maybe after the Halloween rush we can get our photos together and we'll put up a full tutorial with more indepth explanation, but you pretty much covered the big details.

I've cast the first set of legs and they turned out great. I've got the female top curing right now and I'll cast up a male set later in the week. I've got 3 suit builds to finish in the next two or three weeks so there will be some finished photos coming soon. I need to get on casting all the armor, heads, hands and feet for those builds this week so I can get rolling on assembly and painting next week.

The female actually has it's own backpack and cannon which I also need to mold up this week after some additional minor detailing. The backpack and cannon can also work for other suits as well... I'll get some photos of those a bit farther down the road.

I have the female top and bottom cast, foamed, pulled and pretty much trimmed. I have to say, with those large, well, "melons" all foamed out, along with the shoulders, it weighs a ton, but the fit is very nice... This first one is for my girlfriends daughter. She's an athletic 5'11" already, so with lifted feet and mask I should be able to get her up to around 6'5" or 6'6". Hopefully, she can come over for a fitting tonight so I can get rolling with the zipper and alterations and hopefully be painting by early next week. As soon as I have some actual progress, I'll get some photos up and running.

And Lee, you should definitely jump into doing a full suit, though I don't know how much it will cost you to fly Dave (Elder-One) across the pond to help you mold it

Cool ! We'd love to have more tall Preds around, especially female ones since that's really rare to see. Kim and I have thrown around the idea of making a Pred suit for a female friend of ours, (tall and skinny, long blonde hair that has made a perfect Lord of the Rings Legolas costume and really looks like one of those LOTR elves when wearing it). She's 6'2" barefoot. She'd make a sweet Pred.
