eat clean, higher in protien than carbs. stick with fruits and veggies avoid bread and junkfood for carbs, and you should be good.
Garfield was not muscular in a bulk way he was more just really tone, so you wouldn't have to concentrate on a mass building program. Body weight exercises at a high intensity( push ups, pull ups, sit ups) maybe some dumbells to round out your shoulders for that Spidey look. Just keep your intensity up, keep your heartrate up so you burn fat and your muscles will take care of themselves.Ok. Im 17 years old, 6 ft tall. 153 lbs and have 20% body fat. I know. Pretty bad.
Ive been very skinny kid my whole life and have a very crafty metabolism. I have recently noticed that i've developed a gut. Im looking for the Andrew garfield defined physique but i'm not so sure if I should focus on losing belly fat first or gaining more muscle. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to help me out. Really appreciate this community.
