Tardis Roundels

I'm converting the downstairs basement into a Tardis bar...as the walls are a dark wood i'm going for a Tom Baker secondary console/jules verne type look?

I can stain them the oak-y brown, I just need to find the cheapest way to be relatively lightweight recessed circles/discs. Ideas?

Can anyone recommend an, "off the shelf" solution for Tardis roundels?

Probably would stay away from teflon coatings tho.:lol

Problem is though, I'm going to need about 20 of them....pizza pans are about five bucks, aren't they?

You can get pizza pans at the dollar store.

no , but those round/striped columns could be done with strips of wood. When I use to make faux trees I used sonet tubes cut in half

For the columns you could also use floor molding glued in strips to a larger piece of lumber.
