T2 Help Needed

Hi all, new here to the RPF, been building models for over 40 years, just started sculpting, this is my first almost finished sculpt, I hope to mold it and give my son a painted version for Christmas, So I need help, I'm in the UK anyone out there can suggest a good way to make a mold and the best materials to cast the piece in, I only want a couple of pieces one for myself and one for my son, the piece stands at 19" tall so its a bit of a lump, I should have no problems painting it, that used to be my job, any help on molding and casting or even improvements to the bust would be greatly appreciated, Regards Stuart

Thats going to cost quite a bit of money in materials just to make a few copies. There are tons of molding and casting videos on you tube, check out brickintheyard on you tube for vids, they have a web site as well. whats it made of anyway?

Foam core, mixture of Resin, fibreglass vinyl plastics and god knows what else, Basicaly I wanted a Arnie bust, couldnt afford one so I thought i'd give it a go.
