Another budget build - Terminator 2 - T1000

So I made the mistake of watching Terminator and T2 after Xmas and I was hellbent on doing another budget build after seeing the price of the Purearts bust which looks amazing but just out of my range. As I already did Arnie I had to do a t1000. This was built for £115 all in. It's not perfect and I still haven't given real hair a go so went for the molded clay sculpt. It's only a half head bust so may well wait for a full bust to come along but it will do for now.

I'd say around 80cm. It's a lifesize bust.

Just finished sculpting some bullet hits from clay. Will update when they are done.

 

[Too Much Garlic]

Looks nice. When painting hair, you should paint the skin color partly up the hair and then slowly paint the hair down towards the skin. Not against the strands, creating a straight transition, but rather with the strands, creating a "ragged" transition, with fine lines to simulate strands of hair.

Also, maybe you could contact Howard Senft, Chewie15, to get some castings of Robert Patrick ears.
