Sorry everybody for not posting many updates recently. There has been an emergency event and I had to hold on creating costumes and posting updates. I will try my best to add more updates and images soon. I will try also to make the video soon when I have time.

Here is a basic design of what I will be creating for the tutorial. I will give more detailed designs as I move through each step on each video. Note: The S Shield will be like the returns style but will light up

Maybe you should go for a little different paint scheme than the usual blue and red.
I´d like to see a more metal look and if you´re not going for a version with helmet the symbol plus his hair style will do the trick anyway...

Yes like a tdk style, the armor pieces will be made of foam, then painted

I'v always wanted to see someone do that "K-suit" Zaxmon.

There was also the one from Justice where Lead of the Metal Men became his armour.

Yes it is a DK style, The Armor pieces will be made of foam, then painted to look real.

Btw does anyone know if the deluxe smr rubies costume has the 3d style logo on it? Orissa their a better place I can get that style of logo. I was thinking of just taking the logo off the rubies costume, the belt off, and maybe the cape if it looks decent, then altering the pieces to make them more realistic.

Since now the Man of Steel movie is delayed until 2013, I also will be delaying this tutorial so I can work on other projects.

Also you might want to look into the current (I believe) Nightwing and Flamebird. They are Kryptonians who use armor as a decoy to hide that fact.

Why wear armour to hide the fact that you are invincible??? How many people would KNOW your were susceptible to Kryptonite? If Kryptonite wasn't the one thing that could kill you, it'd be radio-active plutonium, or depleted Uranium etc etc, so the armour thing for Kryptonians is pretty lame, in my humble view.

Great Build idea though and I am watching avidly!!!!

Interesting thread especially considering Superman in the comics will now be wearing 'Kryptonian ceremonial armor' when it isn't casual day in the DC Universe.

After seeing the Superman man of steel costume, that is what the design I will use for the suit that will be under the armor instead of the returns style.

Why would anyone try to attacked you with Kryptoninte unless they thought you were Kryptonian? I think the point is Night-Wing is a legacy character (one that spans multiple people) and thus it gives him an edges sense he's "always" been human before.
