Not really a tattoo guy myself, but the one thing I've ever toyed with getting in any serious sense is a Blue Lantern symbol. Not sure how that'd be designed, though. I'd probably keep it simple, and just do it on the inside of my forearm.

Someday I'll get the logo I designed combining the Blue Lantern symbol with a Spider-Man symbol. As seen in my avatar.
