what should i use to cast the mask? srsly i need some help here, names of brands would be awesome too.

i got better pics now but they still dont look right. the mask is wider than it looks. its either my camera or lighting. and suggestions?

Well is hard to tell from that close, but the mk9 sz mask is have is 5 inches top to bottom, honestly i wouldnt go over that.

5 inches might be cutting it close, but ill try it. hope it works out. mine i currently 5.5 inches from top to bottom. as for the pics i think ill ask my photographer friend to see what she can do.

@sakin the mask was too long so i shortened it to almost 5 in.

i added the the holes in the front and am going to add the holes in the sides next. pics will be posted soon.

1 smoke, 2 subzeros, and 2 scorpions. and when i finally finish this costume (my first ever) i plan on doing smoke.

im still trying to figure out what to use for casting the mask and how much. i looked at silicon(rebound 25) and a gallon of this stuff is a lot, could i get away with just using the trial size?

how wide should i make the tabard at the waist? also where would i get one of those belts? it looks kinda like a world champ of "something" belt.
